This class series invites our community to attend a heartfelt yoga class that benefits others in need of support.
In March, we highlight The cerebral palsy foundation.
This gentle yoga class outside on our shaded patio with Melanie will allow you to connect easy movement, breath and nervous system regulation. Followed by a soothing sound bath experience to open the heart, you will leave feeling inspired and connected.
