These centers or Chakras can become Blocked or overstimulated which can lead to health issues. Understanding our own energetic body can offer new insight on how and why we feel as we do.
This workshop explores basic awareness of the Chakras through color theory, essential oils, and individual testing to expand personal awareness and includes a chair yoga session designed to clear & balance the Chakra system.
