This class is perfect for homeschooling families of children ages 8-14. Each class will offer fun, creative yoga poses and sequences for all ages and abilities, improving strength, mobility, and balance. We will also practice breathing and meditation techniques for emotional regulation and stress management. Our studio is an inclusive, permissive, sensory-friendly environment. Parents flow for free! $65 for 4 Weeks: $30 for each additional sibling (Please call 228-327-4433 if registering more than one child).
