This beginner-friendly class invites homeschoolers + an adult to explore the benefits of yoga in a fun and engaging way. Together, we’ll blend gentle movement, guided meditations, and mindful games designed to inspire focus, confidence, and relaxation.
Perfect for kids of all experience levels, this class is a great way to add movement and mindfulness to your homeschool routine!
Children 10 and up who can follow instructions, advocate for themselves, and respect the space of others, may attend alone.
$20 per person || Anyone in attendance must have a pass
