This class will help you work through grief with breath movement and sound. This is a gentle class including breathing techniques simple yoga poses and a healing reiki meditation.

Grief comes in many forms with many types of loss. In the case of Jennifer Liberatore who has been teaching yoga for over 15 years it came from the loss of her son Zach Liberatore
