The Hold Me Tight™ Program was developed by Dr. Sue Johnson, founder of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). EFT is based on a science of love – a new understanding founded in significant research – of what really creates lasting joy and connection. During this workshop, you’ll learn from presentation, discussion, example videos and personal exercises how love goes wrong, how you and your partner can make sense of emotion, how to stop fighting and start connecting differently, how to heal past hurts and how to create the relationship you’ve always wanted.
