This is a traditional only shoot, designed and setup by traditional archers. There will be 30 targets setup with red hearts to challenge your skills. With two shooting positions for each target, you will be able to put your skills to the test. A steel buck will be set up for a bonus shot, if you have the nerve. 15 points for a hit, and minus 5 for a miss. There will also be a master bonus shot on our elk, that will also be worth 15 points. Once all archers have finished the round, we will serve a grilled lunch and do awards at that time.
There will be barebow, traditional, longbow and self bow classes. So all are welcome to participate.
We wanted to put together a shoot that is specifically geared to the needs of the traditional archery community. We hope you will come out and enjoy a great day of shooting and help make this a great annual event. We ask for your feedback as to how we can make this shooter better and more fun for all competitors.
