Whether you're navigating change, loss, or simply the intensity of this seasonal transition, gentle yoga practices can offer space to slow down, feel, and begin to release.Join Britt for a slow-paced workshop designed to support physical, mental, and emotional healing. With the support of restorative and traditional yoga poses, intentional stillness, and mindful breath, we’ll create space for rest, reflection, and renewal. This session includes cathartic practices and guided meditation to support your process.
