Prenatal Yoga – August SeriesPregnancy is a time of constant change, both physically and emotionally. Prenatal yoga offers a supportive space to connect with your growing body, ease common pregnancy symptoms like back pain and fatigue, and build strength and flexibility for labor and birth. These classes also lay the foundation for postpartum recovery by focusing on mindful breathing, gentle movement, and relaxation techniques that you can take with you into early parenthood.
This series is led by Britt Autumn, a compassionate yoga instructor and trained doula, who understands the unique needs of expectant parents. Each class is designed to help you feel grounded, empowered, and more connected to both your body and your baby.
