Yoga for Grief & Loss - November 2024

Join us for an gentle candlelit yoga session designed to support individuals navigating grief and loss. This in-person event will take place at Hospice Fredericton's Centre for HOPE (621 Churchill Row, Fredericton, NB, Canada) with admission by donation to Hospice Fredericton.

Our experienced instructor Erin Gibbs will guide you through gentle yoga poses and breathing exercises, promoting healing and emotional well-being.
