About this Event
Yoga for Golfers
Ready to boost your golf game? Join us in person for Yoga for Golfers, a fun, relaxing, and effective way to improve mobility and enhance your golf swing. Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or play just for fun, this class is designed to help you move better, swing more freely, and feel great on and off the course.
The class is led by Dr. TL Duff, a Golf Physical Therapist certified by the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). With a small class size, participants will benefit from an individualized, one-on-one training feel, including personalized cues and hands-on corrections when needed.

What to Expect
This 30-minute mobility-focused class targets the hips and lower body, which are key areas for a powerful, efficient golf swing. The poses in the class are designed to safely challenge and improve hip rotation and overall mobility. With the small group format, you’ll receive personalized attention to ensure proper form and maximum benefit.
After class, stick around to enjoy breakfast drink specials and social time with the coach from 10:00–10:30 AM.
