What to Expect:
Relax and unwind as you are enveloped in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other sacred instruments. Katie Sutton will guide you through breathwork and meditation to enhance your journey toward inner peace and balance. Lie comfortably on a yoga mat or blanket and allow the soothing sounds to wash over you, fostering deep relaxation and nervous system healing.
