I am excited to work with Erstwhile Studios and be able to offer this class for a good cause! This month come with donations for the Haven House helping victims of domestic violence. Items you can bring in exchange for a class:
- Hand Sanitizing Wipes
- Gas Cards (Hy-Vee/Casey’s)
- Cleaning Supplies
- Gift Cards (Hy-vee, Walmart, Local)
- Toilet Paper
- Non-Perishable Food
-Laundry Detergent
-Women’s, Men’s and Children’s socks and Underwear
This is an all-levels Gentle Yoga class, please register ahead of time to sign waivers!
