Yoga for cancer warriors and survivors at Imua PT Kihei

This is a slow moving restorative class designed to connect our mind, body and breath. All postures and moves can be modified to meet your need that day. For partcipants of all abilities and all stages of treatment. We aim to create a community of hope, love, and understanding with others who understand the unique challenges of being a cancer survivor.

6-6:15pm is spent greeting, being in community, and getting ready for our practice. 6:20pm is when class begins. The door will be closed and locked at 6:15. If you have a ticket a mat will be set out for you, please knock quietly to be let in.

I f you can not make class for any reason please "request a refund" to allow ticket to allow the space for someone else.

Taught by Maui Mel RYT instrucor who is a breast cancer survivor, practiced yoga for 20+ years before getting certified in 2021, and 10+ years as a LMT. Every pose can be modified to meet your needs that day.
