Drop-in for a donation-based class on Sundays from 9-10 AM @ South Maui Gardens in Kihei.

Experience inner calm & connection on Maui when you step into Kiheiʻs hidden oasis for a unique wellness offering in nature.

Enjoy a sound healing with crystal singing bowls, tune-in with breathwork, practice gentle yoga, and explore qigong movements. This class is suitable for all levels and beginners are welcome.

HEALING IN THE GARDENS w/Nadia Yin Yoga & Trauma-Informed Certified Yoga Instructor, Practitioner & Student of Shaolin & Medical Qigong, Sound Healer - Vocalist & Musician.

Info: please arrive 5-15 minutes early to settle in and reserve your space

Info: tune into your breath and the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls in the first segment of this session

Info: we will practice seated yoga postures & offer variations w/support for all level of practitioners

Info: we will explore qigong movements to help release stagnant energy in the body & get the qi flowing.

Info: savasana or our final rest and breathwork w/guided meditation to allow the body to assimilate the practice for optimal healing
