Come and join @thatyorkshireyogagirl for a yoga day retreat in the mountains. Expect a day of calming breathwork, meditation and yoga to reset your nervous system, delve into the philosophies of yoga and uncover breathwork techniques to calm your nervous system in everyday life.
This begginer friendly event will take place at the newly rennovated Kelsick Grammar in Ambleside and will be a mountain retreat to remember.
Itinerary:
-Opening ceremony
-Journaling & sharing circle
-Guided meditation
-Calming breath work
-Slow flow yoga
-Closing ceremony
-Lunch
-*Optional waterfall walk*
Price: £60 including lunch and yoga goody bag.
Location: The newly renovated, Kelsick Grammar School, Stockghyll Ln, Ambleside LA22 0QY
What to bring: Bring a yoga mat, and any blocks, straps, blankets. Some equiptment will be available if you don’t have any of the above. Also bring a water bottle anything else you feel you may need.
