Yoga for Book Lovers, Writers & Poets
Yoga for Book Lovers, Writers & Poets provides you with simple movement and breathing techniques to relax and refresh the muscles you overuse at your desk so you can return to your activity feeling at ease.
Instructor Catherine R. Squires will facilitate a movement practice followed by a series of writing prompts. No prior experience with yoga is necessary to participate in this class. Catherine will provide options to do all exercises while seated in a chair.
