Yoga for Beginners

Come join us at the Killeen Creators art studio for a class in Yin yoga. The class focus will be on the spine, neck and opening hips and shoulders. This class is specifically for beginners so anyone can jump in and start learning. Yin yoga emphasizes stretching, flexibility and connective tissues versus strength-based yogas.
