This drop-in class is offered every Sunday at 11:30 am at Yoga Om Wellness Studio in Auburn, WA.Learn how yoga can help improve your strength and stability for better balance.
This weekly workshop-style class combines slow, flowing movements with steadily held poses to help brain, nervous system, and muscles develop the functional strength for better balance. Classes will work toward building core, leg, and arm strength for standing balances as well as arm balances - with variations offered to suit all levels and abilities.
Breathing and mindfulness practices will also be included - to give you a well-rounded class that helps give you a sense of balanced energy and head space, too.
No previous yoga experience necessary!
