Join us for our annual professional development Forum organized by Native women for Native women and allies. Over 2 days engage in leadership, wellness, and empowerment training sessions (eligible for CEU credits) with likeminded Natives from throughout Indian Country and beyond. Alongside the Forum, NAN partners with Native vendors, hosts inspiring Native keynote speakers, and puts on a Native fashion show. The Forum’s final event is our Honoring Luncheon where we recognize Native women for their Enduring Spirits and one young Native woman as a Rising Star for their lifetime commitments to building strong, healthy Native communities and intergenerational connection. Over 20 years, we have honored, celebrated, and created a community space to shine light on 85 Native women.Starting October 23rd and in conjunction with the Forum, NAN hosts its Young Native Women's Leadership Academy in which a cohort of young native women (ages 18-25 years) attend parts of our Forum and Honoring Luncheon alongside specialized youth sessions to develop leadership skills and community networks. Spanning across generations, Native Action Network (NAN) creates empowering, nurturing, and safe spaces for Native women and Native allies.
This is a great opportunity for your team and staff members to network, enhance their professional development skills, and engage in team building across sectors. We hope to see you and yours there!
