Yoga with Dickie every Tuesday evening (6:30-7:30pm), now at Becket Hall, Old Portsmouth. A bigger venue and open to all. Please feel free to share / contact me.
Yoga For All Join Dickie for an hour of yoga that focuses on traditional poses combined with select pilates moves for full body workout. Suitable for all abilities, this class will boost flexibility, strengthen your core, improve balance, and help relieve stress. Classes are £8 and will run until Christmas, can provide a mat if needed, please contact me for more information or fyou have any questions.
