A day of self-discovery and renewal at this very special Self-Love Retreat, set in the serene and magical space of Aristia in Southsea. This retreat is designed for women who are ready to step away from the fast-paced world, put down their external armour often needed to cope with the demands of a busy life, and connect with their inner selves to find a sense of self-worth and appreciation. This transformative experience will guide you through a journey of stillness, creativity, and reflection. Throughout the day, you will be invited to take part in meditations and spiritual offerings, to help you release what no longer serves you and open up to the beauty of who you truly are.
The year of 2024 has been exceptionally challenging, and the final few months ahead are predicted to be just as demanding (according to astrology). Now, more than ever, we need to tap into the deep, empowering Sacred Feminine energy within us. This energy, rooted in Self-Love, Self-Worth, and Self-Appreciation, has been buried for so long, beneath life's pressures and from a lifetime of societal conditioning and not feeling good enough. Now is the time to release old beliefs and re-connect with these vital feminine qualities. This retreat will guide you in harnessing the strength, power, wisdom, and perseverance needed to support you through the rest of this year!
What You'll Experience:
Welcome and Grounding Meditation
Start your day with a gentle grounding meditation to centre yourself and set the tone for the day. We will also check in as a group, creating a safe and supportive space for everyone.
Your Inner Warrior Meditation
Embark on a powerful meditation designed to help you let go of the constant need to be in fight-or-flight mode. This meditation will help you begin the journey into stillness and inner peace and tap into the Sacred Feminine core.
Oracle Cards
Tune into your intuition and higher guide with The Soul’s Journey or Self-Care Oracle Cards. This reflective exercise will help you connect with your inner wisdom and explore what might be showing itself to be released.
Women’s Circle
Gather in a supportive circle of women to release what is emerging from within. This is a space to let go of what you may have been holding onto, to drop the armour you present to the world, and connect deeply with your authentic self.
Self-Love Creative Time
Choose a creative exercise that resonates with you, allowing yourself to reflect on and explore the true meaning of self-love. Options include a Self-Love Letter, creating positive Self-Love Affirmations or a Self-Love Vision Board.
Thank You Meditation
The final meditation will help you cultivate a core of deep self-worth and self-appreciation so you can make space to reclaim the Sacred Feminine truth that you are enough.
Closing Circle
We will finish with a reflective circle, allowing you to share what has surfaced, what has been released and what has been created, before you begin your return back out into the world.
