Join me for a Blissful Vinyasa Flow Class at Eastney Community Centre. In class we will create a blissful environment that encourages you to connect with your body mind and soul. You’ll discover a blend of movement breath and mindfulness.
Vinyasa Flow is an invigorating yet calming practice where you will flow through various Yoga postures synchronising breath to movement. This will help to stretch and strengthen your body whilst bringing a sense of inner peace.
Class is open to all levels giving you the opportunity to take a moment to escape the hustle and bustle of life and connect to yourself leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
