Whether you are looking to begin practicing, recover from an injury, or add something new to your fitness and wellness routine, yoga is a great way to become more in tune with your body and breath. This all-levels outdoor class builds each sequence slowly, utilizing breath, alignment cues, and mindfulness to find your individual expression of a pose while surrounded by the peacefulness of nature and the beauty of the horses. Feel free to bring optional props like straps and blocks, which help practitioners find their way into poses. Grab yourmat and join us!
Classes run most Sundays in 2024. Cost is $15 per person and is held at Hanover Stables, 5901 Bizzel Ave. in Castle Hayne. Pre-registration is encouraged!
