You asked, we answered! We are offering our Teen Raptor Handler Camp for a third summer!
This one-of-a-kind summer camp introduces teens ages 12-18 to raptor husbandry and care in captivity, raptor anatomy and special adaptations of each species, the basics of rehabilitating and raising raptors, falconry techniques including glove handling and free flying raptors, and much more!
Camp runs Monday through Friday from 9am-1pm and ends with a graduation ceremony and presentations with a chosen bird of prey for the campers’ parents. Each camper will also receive a certificate of completion, camp t-shirt, and professional photos with their chosen bird.
Registration is $380 per camper. Proceeds from camp go directly back to our resident raptors’ care. Each camp has only five spots available, so be sure to secure yours today!
