Yoga For All

Come stretch, breath and unwind with us at our inclusive yoga sessions. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a total beginner, our brilliant instructor offers expert guidance tailored to all abilities- no pressure, no pretence, just a warm and welcoming space to move your body and quieten your mind.

You can expect a supportive environment, a few giggles and a community that celebrates you as exactly as you are. You will be welcomed by our amazing volunteers and our lovely regular yogis.

27 School Street, press the WLGBT+ buzzer. On Mondays arrive 5.45, no later than 5.55 as yoga starts at promptly 6pm. On Thursdays, please arrive 5.15, no later than 5.25 as yoga starts promptly at 5.30pm. Please note, the buzzer cannot be heard in the yoga room, so late arrivals will unfortunately not be able to attend.
