benefiting the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Please join Ruth Sanders ERYT 500 for a Gentle Yoga Class to raise funds for the NMSS.

All levels welcome, perfect for first time yoga students. In studio or join with Zoom from anywhere. Please register to hold your space, you will get an email with a link to join before class. If you cannot attend class live, you will receive a recording of the class good for 48 hours.

100% of all money collected will go directly to the NMSS to help fund cutting edge research, drive change through advocacy, facilitate professional education, and provide programs and services to help people with MS move their lives forward.
