Each class begins by setting an intention, creating focus and direction for the practice. Supportive and accessible, it’s ideal for beginners, those returning to yoga, or anyone looking to move, reset, and build energy on a Friday evening.

Together, we’ll breathe deeply, flow with purpose, and create strength and space—leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded, and re-energised heading into the weekend.
