About this Event

I will be holding a gentle yoga flow and sound bath session to hep you relax and reset for the week ahead!

I will be making herbal tea after the class so that we can connect as group but this is totally optional to stay for 🫖🧚🏼‍♀️

This is a beginner friendly session, if you have any queries please do reach out to me on instagram @soundflowlucy and I’ll be happy to chat it through with you :)

Please arrive 5/10 minutes before the class starts so that you can settle in the space and avoid disrupting others. Class starts at 17:15!

Please bring a mat and a mug (if you would like herbal tea)
