Holly is a London based Yoga Teacher specialising in anatomically inspired vinyasa. Her classes incorporate functional movement to help her students develop mobility and prevent injury.

With almost 6 years of teaching experience in London, and having studied anatomy with some of the industry’s leading figures, Holly is well known for holding space for students to connect inwards, whilst developing skill and understanding in their practice.

Holly currently teaches a range of group classes at some of London’s top studios and members clubs and also works more closely with students on a one-to-one basis, as well as corporate classes in the office space.
