This 90-minute workshop is a journey of self-discovery, intuition, and energetic balance. You'll begin by selecting a crystal intuitively—allowing the stone to "choose" you. As we move through a yoga flow, you’ll hold or place your crystal nearby, encouraging your body and energy to synchronize with its vibration. The practice will focus on mindful movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation, creating space for energetic shifts and emotional clarity.
In the second half of the workshop, we’ll explore the unique properties of your chosen crystal—why it may have come to you at this time and how you can work with it beyond the mat. A guided meditation will invite you into a reciprocal exchange of energy with your stone, followed by an opportunity for journaling or group sharing. You’ll take home your crystal as a keepsake, a reminder of your practice and the insights you uncover.
All props, including yoga mats, blankets, blocks, and bolsters, will be provided. If you'd like to bring a pen and notebook, please feel free. This class is suitable for beginners and those new to the practice.
