Commencing with an initial grounding, this class is a combination of gentle stretches and simple yoga postures. It is a mind-body class suitable for all levels. Flexibility is not a requirement!
Lengthens, strengthens, and tones the body whilst calming the mind. Relaxation and Meditation ends the class.
Please bring:
-Your Own Mat (THIS IS ESSENTIAL)
-Drink to stay hydrated
-Something warm (jumper/blanket for relaxation)
