WAX Warrior: A high-intensity hybrid fitness race in Newquay Cornwall. Run between zones, test your strength endurance and set your best time!
It’s time to step up, embrace the challenge and prove you have what it takes to be a WAX Warrior.
The Course - six gruelling zones designed to push you to your limits:
- Ski Erg
- Burpees
- Rowing
- Lunges
- Farmer’s Carries
- Wall Balls
With a 600m run between each zone to test your engine.
