Yoga Class Mondays @ 7 pm March 2 and 9

Candlelight community yoga class. Enjoy your body through gentle and mindful movements. All levels welcome. Wear comfortable clothing, bring your yoga mat and yoga blocks if you have them. Kindly arrive 10 minutes before class to settle onto your mat. You will leave feeling relaxed and ready for a blissful night's sleep. Classes every Monday evening March 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, April 6, 13, 20, 27. Drop in $15 at door. There is lots of room in the heritage Tynehead community hall, and parking right at the side door. Come and find yourself on your mat.
