Join us in office for a yoga class instructed by Amy Cownie! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this class is perfect for all levels. Amy will guide you through various poses and breathing techniques to help you unwind and recharge. Please register using the ticket link provided. Spots are limited! Don't forget to bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. We'll see you on the mat! All proceedes from ticket sales will be donated to the Wounded Warrior Project!
