When I set The Body Conditioning classes up in 2018 the aim was to give people of all levels of fitness something achievable without being aggressive on the body- Over the years before the pandemic it was clear this class achieved that with the feedback that was received. Yoga circuits is the same class the only change is the format as I will not be taking part in class and leading that way. I will Instruct on exercise and hold the timer.
That way all participants are self-paced and can track their own progression week on week. 🙂
We can also have a group chart to celebrate progress if you like, it would be fun to get some community spirit growing
