✨WHAT IS SOUND BATHS / HOW DOES IT WORK
A sound bath is a full-body meditative experience where people lie down and listen to resonant sounds. It involves singing bowls and gong, which create an echoing sound that ‘bathes’ people. When relaxing through soothing sound and vibration, your body is affected on a cellular level, opening energy flow to move you back toward healthy alignment physically and emotionally.
