Each session is facilitated by a certified yoga instructor from HEAL Holistic who integrates breath, movement and mindfulness to support both emotional and physical well-being.
Supported by Cape Fear Valley Health Foundation.
Yoga creates a calm, supportive space to gently reconnect with your body, especially during or after treatment. Through mindful movement, breath and rest, yoga can help ease physical tension, quiet the mind and support better sleep.
Each class is adaptable, honoring your current energy level and physical needs without pressure or expectation. This is a place to slow down, feel supported and begin rebuilding a sense of balance, strength and inner peace.
Our instructor is deeply committed to creating safe, welcoming spaces for healing. Her teaching style is gentle and intuitive, centered on meeting each individual where they are in their journey.
