2026 YAMM: Yoga, Activities, Movement & Mindfulness

YAMM (Yoga, Activities, Movement & Mindfulness) is a fun and engaging class for Pre-K children (ages 2-5) that combines yoga, movement, and mindfulness. Offered on the *last Saturday of each month. Our classes are designed to nurture your child’s development in a safe, supportive environment, led by a licensed NC teacher with First Aid/CPR certification. Join us for a session today and watch your child grow in confidence and calmness!

Give your little one the chance to explore the world of mindfulness, movement, and fun through our new YAMM class! This playful and engaging class is designed specifically for Pre-K students, combining yoga, interactive activities, and simple mindfulness exercises to help nurture their minds and bodies.

Parents can drop in for a single class (reservations required), sign up for a few sessions, or commit to the whole year for a consistent routine. Each class is designed to support your child’s development, offering them a safe space to explore movement, build focus, and have fun—all while you get the flexibility you need.

Drop-In/Weekly Classes

• For Pre-K Children (ages 2-5, potty trained)
• Time: 10:00 am - 12:30 pm (15-minute grace period for drop-off and pick-up)
• Breakfast: At home (lunch included)
• Schedule: Last Saturday of the month

• Check out our Date Nights offered once a month on 2nd Fridays from 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm $25 per child (includes dinner)
