This vinyasa yoga class is dynamic and suitable for all levels. Besides movement, we practice meditation, breathing and yoga philosophy. The class is usually in English, and sometimes mixed with Spanish.

Please bring your own mat. If you need to rent a mat, let me know in advance so I can bring it for you :)

MEETING POINT
We normally practice on the left pier of Espigó de Bogatell.

• One class: €10
• Pack 5 classes: €45 (Valid for 3 months)
