Yoga, Breathwork, and Cold Plunge at The Miami Beach EDITION

Follow the experience with a WimHof breathwork excerise led by Miami Ice Club's Cristina Dominguez to prepare for your cold plunge experience featuring state-of-the-art Kalm ice baths.
