SOUND BATH & MEDITATION EXPERIENCE - A journey within

Through the vibrations of ancient instruments you will be brought into a theta brainwave state, which activate your body's natural ability to repair, restore and heal itself. This gathering is more than just a session, it is an invitation to reconnect with your own energy, release tension and open to your own wisdom. We will cultivate a profound peace and relaxation, awakening to the beauty of pausing – letting go of 'doing' and embracing the art of 'becoming'-

Elisa is a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga instructor, Sound healer, Meditation & Breathwork facilitator and also a certified Neuroscience coach. She believes in the transformative power of Yoga to heal and uplift individuals, fostering a deeper connection with oneself and others. Her sessions are not just Yoga practices, they are an invitation to discover our true potential, self-awareness, a journey through the self to find the magic healing mightiness of gratitude, acceptance and love.
