An invitation to get moving in the morning!
To start your day with an inner body connection and refreshing combination a led practise of dynamic and static asana for strength, mobility and flexibility. 3-5min rest/ savasana at the end.
FYI: I suggest if you are nursing and recovering from injuries or conditions that requires more care, this session may not be for you at this stage. Please check out the Wednesday 12.30pm session or sign up for Tuesday block courses where we dive into the practice deeper.
