Yoga Bodywork blends assisted yoga poses, hands-on bodywork, and elements of Thai Bodywork to help release tension, improve mobility, calm the nervous system, and create a greater sense of ease in the body. Through supported movement, acupressure, and intentional touch, each session offers a chance to experience the practice in a simple and accessible way.
