Kids Yoga Workshop

Join me for this specialized training to learn how to bring yoga to children of all ages. I have seen children as young as 2 years old gain confidence and strength through asanas. And I have witnessed the joy and wonder they exude as they connect with teacher led techniques to build mind and body awareness. We can teach our children to be confident and emotionally resilient through yoga. AND ITS FUN! We will be working through techniques that will keep the attention of children at their age levels. Through storytelling, toys, games, and sequences, this workshop will prepare you for taking yoga to the studio, school classrooms, or other community centers.
