Get started with yoga from the very basics! Suitable for all who are new to yoga, or those with little experience - participants will experience yoga with a hands-on approach.
The Yoga Basics is aimed to establish very simple yoga understanding and foundations from which participants are able to proceed to join Beginner yoga classes.

Erika Khoo Soon Hoe has been practicing yoga since 1972 and has been teaching since 1975. Erika is the director of Oasis Holistic. Yoga is her life and that is where her practice and teaching comes from.
