Join us for a gentle yet invigorating donation based yoga class at the Saratoga Farmers Market! Designed to calm the mind, fill the body with breath, as well as stretch and strengthen the body. Himanee Gupta draws on her training in yoga, reiki, chakra healing, and Ayurveda in leading the class. No prior yoga experience with necessary and everyone is welcome. Bring a bottle of water and a yoga mat or towel if you have one.

Register online or walk-ins welcome! Donations to the market graciously accepted, not expected.
Meet at the High Rock Park Farmer's Market - look for the yellow tent on the south grassy area just behind the south end. Look for a signboard that says yoga and a basket of mats.
