Zelda Hotaling leads us in spirit drumming in sacred circle as we connect with the hearts of our ancestors. Bring your own drum or rattle or use one she provides. Drumming connects us with the heartbeat of Mother Nature (Gaia) so following the drumming circle Molly Brindle will take participants on a Forest Bathing walk among the beautiful pines and oaks in the Saratoga Spa State Park. The drumming takes place in the park's Wellness Center across from the Roosevelt Baths.
