☀️🧘♀️ Celebrate the Summer Solstice & International Yoga Day with us at the Farmers Market on June 23!Join us from 5:00–6:00 PM for a special outdoor free yoga experience designed to help you relax, recharge, and welcome the summer season. This gentle flow class is perfect for all levels and will be led by our wonderful instructor, Heather.
We’ll move mindfully, soak in the energy of the season, and close with a peaceful savasana accompanied by a soothing crystal bowl sound bath. 🌿✨
This class is free and we will also have mats to use if needed.
Bring your mat, your friends, and enjoy an evening of movement, mindfulness, and community at the market!
