Outdoor Qigong
Qigong is a gentle, moving meditation that’s easy to learn and suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Simply follow the instructor’s movements to help reduce tension, improve breathing, and increase flexibility while enjoying the health properties of outdoor movement.
These outdoor sessions are weather-permitting and open to everyone age 12 and up. No registration required - just drop in!
